Regularly Scheduled Meetings

Meetings are 7:30 to 9:00 pm in the library:

College Application and Admissions Process — January 16

On January 16, 2008, at 7:30 p.m. in the auditorium, SSAB will host a Parent-to-Parent Discussion Panel for tips on the college application and admissions process from a parent's point of view. Please join us for tips whether your child is a senior, freshman, or somewhere in-between. The panel will be made up of parents who have successfully helped at least one child get into college. The tips they have to share will not be the typical ones you will learn about from the guidance office.

Highs and Lows of High School — February 21, 2008

Parents and students who would like to spend an evening in the TJ Library talking with one another about the highs and lows of high school, TJ in particular, and looking for suggestions to make their 4 years at this school happy and successful, should join the rest of us under the banner of Student Services Advisory Board. We will meet next on February 21 at 7:30 p.m. For questions or to put something on the agenda, contact Karen O'Connor.
